OMNISA SA representing B2Bspares hereinafter named B2Bspares offers to participate in a draw to win an

iPhone 16 pro Max mobile phone.

Each person who buys a cap has the right to participate in the draw. The exclusive conditions of participation in the draw are indicated here.

How can you win?

When you buy a cap from the series of characters Pikachu, Ronflex, Psykokwak, Ectoplasm, Poké Ball you participate in the draw to win a brand new latest generation iPhone 16 Pro Max. Each purchase of a cap gives you an additional chance to be chosen by draw. You can participate as many times as you want.

Each participant is required to register on the site by indicating their:

Name, First name, Address, Telephone number, Email address, Date of birth.

This information must be accurate and precise. If any of this information is incorrect or missing, participation in the draw is null and void. Any person aged 16 or over may participate and compete. A date of birth is requested in the registration form. Each participant must enter their exact date of birth. We are not responsible if the information provided at the time of the request for participation is incomplete or incorrect. B2Bspares is not responsible if the contact details entered on the website are incomplete or incorrect.

Deadline for participation.

Participation in the draw is open from October 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024 at midnight.

Who is excluded from participation?

B2Bspares reserves the right to exclude certain persons from participation for certain justified reasons, such as for example the violation of these conditions of participation or manipulation. Employees of the b2bSPARES website and their families are also excluded from participation. Legal action is excluded for all participants without exception and/or those who wish to participate without exception.

Date of the draw.

The draw will take place from 1 January 2025. An innocent hand will be responsible for selecting the winner of the prize.

How are the winners determined?

The winner of the respective prize is drawn at random from all participants.

How do I know if I have won?

The winner will be informed by private message. His or her first name and the postal code of his or her place of residence will be displayed on a banner on the WEBSITE for 15 days following the draw. There will be no exchange of mail concerning the draw. There is no exchange of mail regarding the desire to participate in the draw. There will be no exchange of mail with those who participate in the draw. If the winner does not respond to the telephone message and if the verification of his or her contact details does not correspond in any way to those recorded on the website, in particular the date of birth which must be correct, then a new draw will be made. There is no possible refund, under any circumstances and under any conditions, concerning participation in the draw. The prize cannot under any circumstances be exchanged for monetary value. The prize is provided as such with the guarantee provided by the manufacturer. It passes into the hands of the winner under his or her sole and entire responsibility. It will be sent in a registered package or can be collected on site at the spare parts depot.

Reservation clause:

B2Bspares reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time and without notice or justification. B2Bspares will, however, only exercise this right in the event of force majeure, as well as in the presence of technical or legal reasons that prevent the proper execution of the competition. B2Bspares is not liable for losses, breakdowns or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by an equivalent competition prize.

Miscellaneous:

A cash payment of the prize is not possible. The winning claims may not be transferred or assigned to other persons. In the event that certain provisions of these conditions of participation are or become invalid, this does not affect the validity of the other conditions of participation.

Legal clause.

Regardless of the pretext or reason, recourse to the courts is excluded. The document in French is the only document that is of reference.
